Murray is not the problem with the problem that i had its with home depot and, homedeot.com.It started when i bought a murrayt200 tractor and, a double bagger that was put in my online cart that stated it was for my tractor. knew i wanted a bagger as well so i continued with the purchase.long story short for a month and a half the store and the online part of it assured it was the correct bagger when i called both whoever i spoke to said the same thing .maybe its a hardware thing that got put in the box by mistake.mind you they said murray was nolonger in business until the last call i made this woman gave me murrays phone#.they said they wont have a bagger until fall 2023.so the whole time the store and online led me to believe it was anything but,they sold me an incompatible product.this company is very deceptive.do

I got absolutely no human agent to help me with my issue and questions. This service number is useless and of no help to a customer or to their concerns. I would have rated your app functions as ZERO, but a number 1 was as low as the ratings allowed. It's entirely worse than TERRIBLE.

Not happy with lawnmower and I can’t get replacement blades

The lawnmower is already making a small noise in the engine, and it's not even 3 months old. I am also having a hard time getting cutting blades for the lawnmower at Lowes where the mower was purchased.

No biggie, need replacement carb for my Murray mower, model #. 204211X92A , called the original paper work phone number and bounced all over, min. of 8 calls. Can't find my carb using this number. Perhaps it changed to a updated number, have had mower for many years, love it. Thanks -Ron.

Missing part filter cover

My air filter cover is missing. I went to mow my grass and the filter keeps falling off I thought this was supposed to be like this I mowed my lawn like this several times before I realized it was missing. This lawn mower is a brand new push mower this is my very first year using it. I am not happy about this.

My air filter cover fell off and my air filter wont stay on. My air filter is now a dirty greasy mess. I want a replace part cover and a new air filter. I did like this mower until I had to deal with this issue it is light weight that is the only thing nice about it. Im beyond angry about this issue

Riding lawnmower

I bought my riding lawnmower last season. Only used it once 3 days after purchasing it and the belt broke and was shredded. I bought it at Lowe's, so I called them. Well they only do returns, exchange or refund within 30 days if it hasn't been use! OMG seriously?? Anyway I called Murray and took it to the certified repair they told me to take it to. That place kept it for a month and never even looked at it. So I found another certified place. Fixed the problem, used once mower belt broke again. My yard is small, level, so it's not me & my yard. I have replaced the belt a total of 3 times last season. I mowed last week, everything worked. Start mowing today and I get 1/4 done and of course the dang belt breaks again. This is a poorly made piece of crap!

Great lawn mower

I have had this Murray lawn mower since I guess 1992 and has worked wonderfully all these years, starts on first PULL and does it every time. I drain the Gas out just before Winter and have only changed oil a couple of times. Most important is that I keep it out of the weather in a storage building, got it from a friend as a gift. The model # 7-20****X92 and date of MFG is 1627 Murray Ohio MGF Company

I am struggling to contact anyone in the UK from Murray. Bought a battery lawnmower last year through amazon. The batteries don't appear to be charging (show as fully charged) but in the lawnmower show as almost dead. The product was bought june'20, amazon don't have the batteries in stock and suggested I contact Murray directly (they are still under warrenty). Completed the details on Murray website but nobody has come back to me

I have a Murray riding mower: Mod # 13A0785T058 Date man 03/2012 SN. 1C192B50393 M19546 48" deck > I am completely unable to get a list of specs for my mower, part numbers, manual...nada. I have been buying parts and praying cause it's a stab in the dark. I have had to take alot of parts back due to to hit and miss parts approach and is driving me insane. I just want an operators manual!!! Jeez, shouldn't be this hard. I have contacted them via their website only to be politely informed that they were the Europe branch and cannot help. I was unable to find an American contact us but found one via the pissed off customer link so used it in attemps to get help. manua
